Do I need approval for repairs?
Like-for-like repairs usually don't need review — replacing or changing something visible from the street usually does. When in doubt, ask your community manager.
What if my project is denied?
Denials usually come with the reason in writing, and many are really "needs adjustment" — you can update your plans and resubmit.
Can my contractor submit for me?
The application should come from the homeowner, but you can attach your contractor's drawings and specs.
